Earth Festival 2012

NiceFuture is the organizing of this
wonderful Festival where people get together focalized in humanitarian values
and worried with the situation of our planet.
This 8th edition, the first for Guide
Shanti, was a meeting with strong consonance and good astral. Well prepared
professionals were chosen, classes began following the schedule and a perfect syntonization
was present in the most part of the groups. Ah! It was a pleasure to receive
Shiatsu de Laurence Chessex and Tibetan Massage from Delphine Grobéty.
Yoga Classes with Mario Hamitouche and
Dorota Debicka, Atelier of Meditation with Stephan Chopard, Singing Meditation
with Flávia Brotto & Flavio Duccini, Atelier of the Movement with
Marie-Helene Ravaz, Stop Meditation with Puneet Ahuja and the fantastic “Band”
of Mantras who acted in the Casino of Montbenon in Saturday evening, were some
of the “delights” presented without any charge during 3 days .

When a painful emotion comes directly to us we spend lots of time looking for its cause, and then there are strong possibilities that it becomes bigger.
The most urgent is to face it cutting it off from the invading thoughts that incites it.
If we just keep an eye into our own emotion, it will vanish gradually as the snow melts under the sun.
Besides, once the strength of the emotion gets smaller, the reasons that aroused it will not seem so dramatic and so we will have the opportunity to leave the vicious circle of negative thoughts.
